Drafting, reviewing, and revising NDAs, commercial agreements, internal policies, and a range of other legal documentation; Enhancing legal workflows and operational effectiveness such as process automation, document standardization, and optimization; Participating in onboarding processes and partners due diligence, including the use of dedicated compliance and verification tools.
Develop and execute a comprehensive legal strategy to proactively address complex litigation matters, regulatory challenges, and contentious inquiries impacting Binance and its global stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison with external legal counsel, expertly managing negotiations and interactions with opposing parties to protect Binance’s interests. Provide strategic, commercially sound, and forward-looking legal advice to internal stakeholders across regions, ensuring a clear understanding of intricate legal and regulatory environments.
Develop a case theme that is more compelling than any plaintiff ploy for sympathy or anger. Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials. This role involves routine communications with clients and cultivating relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients.
This individual will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential legal and business conflicts of interest related to new business intake, lateral attorney hiring, and firm operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules, along with excellent judgment and communication skills.
